WHAT'S HAPPENIN'

Welcome to the Rebrand

We're excited to announce the opening of our newest restaurant in Salt Lake City. This will be the fifth addition to the Flatbread family and with the new opening we decided to give the Flatbread brand a makeover. Not only the look and feel but the name too.

Why?

It was time.

-Time to re-energize how we communicate with our customers while maintaining the soul of the original Flatbread brand.
-Time to update for regional expansion.
-Time to improve how we represent what we do best, which is an undying commitment to our customers as a *VPN certified Neapolitan Pizzeria.
-Time to transition from "Community Oven" in our name to "Neapolitan Pizzeria" to better represent our core product and avoid confusion.

Though we are grounded in traditions that date back to the 16th century, we are progressive in our approach to our customer's experience. An experience that's centered around family, food and fun.

That's why in the coming months you will see updates to our locations in Boise and Meridian, Idaho. We will start with updating our logo and communication pieces and finish with updates to the interiors of each restaurant.

The new brand is still playful but modern. We kept the "splatter" but transitioned from the circular green pizza peel to the classic pizza paddle and wine bottle that make up the 'b' and 'd' in bread.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve and with the updates we are achieving that. We hope you think so too.

*VPN stands for Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) of Naples, Italy. It means we strictly adhere to the regulations set forth not only by the VPN, but by long-standing tradition. Only a handful of pizzerias across the United States carry the esteemed VPN stamp of approval, which mandates using authentic, imported ingredients.
